Today I am reviewing the Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation.

This is a foundation with a thick creamy texture, I would say it is between a matte and satin finish, but in no way "luminous", it is not shiny or glowy and it's not powdery or flat looking on the skin, it gives a natural healthy finish. I find the coverage of this to be medium to full depending on how you apply it, I like it best applied with a damp sponge as it gives a much more natural finish.

I find that this foundation does tend to cling to dry patches a bit even though it is such a creamy formula, so moisturising well is a must. This foundation is extremely easy to blend, it doesn't sit in pores or fine lines, it's not heavy or cakey when applied and lasts perfectly all day. 

I would say this foundation is definitely worth the price tag and I will be repurchasing in the future, although it may be the far off future as a little goes such a long way.
